I usually put this gold foil patch around my eyes for 10 to 15 minutes after I wake up in the morning and wash my face, or I read a book for a while after lunch or during a nap.
When I'm in bed after taking a shower to sleep at night, I feel relieved of the fatigue of my body and mind accumulated during the day by applying this foil eye patch cooled down from the fridge, so I do it two to three times a week as a habit.
